Dose Profiles

The absolute and ratio plots are shown below.

Warning

Note that there are a lot of datapoints in this test. As such, to make visualisation easier to see I have:

• Only shown every second (2) datapoint in the simulated longitudinal dose profiles
• Only shown every third (3) datapoint in the simulated transverse dose profiles
• Only shown every fifteenth (15) datapoint in the experimental transverse dose profiles
